Napoleonic Regimental Fire and Fury

Mark Piper and I have been getting into ACW Regimental Fire and Fury and love it. Both of us have asked the question 'would it work for Napoleonics?' Mark has done the hard yards and come up with some ideas and we are ready to test it out when we have time over the school holidays (we are both teachers). The scale he has used is one base equals 80 men which is the same that Rich uses for his Sikh Wars and Indian Mutiny variant. Mark has set up this nice table ready for our first game.

Great looking game! I don't see why RF&F wouldn't work just as good for naps, but just use the smooth bore ranges for the muskets and perhaps make supported column a little less vulnerable to encourage it's use for this period.

Nice. I've thought about trying this myself. Cavalry should get some major changes, of course, and infantry squares have to be modelled somehow.

I do look forward to trying this out. The official forums have many of the variants available and the one for the South American conflict seems pretty good for Napoleonics.
